Venue Description
Our venue features a versatile layout that is ideal for various event styles. It includes:
Contemporary and modern design with a flexible floor plan to suit your event's needs.
Amenities:
The space is equipped with chairs and tables, a Bluetooth speaker, bar area access, a kitchenette, as well as 3 women's and 3 men's restrooms.
Set up:
Guests can arrive at the scheduled rental start time, as early entry is not permitted unless pre-approved and paid for in advance.

Access to all listed amenities, including setup and cleanup within your booked hours.

Free parking is available in our private shopping center, accommodating up to 60 cars. There is also additional free street parking available.
Accessibility:
The venue is equipped with features to ensure easy access for all guests.

OVERTIME
Any requests for overtime will be billed in increments, and arrangements should be made in advance.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Clients are expected to leave the venue in good condition; damages will be charged post-event.
FURNITURE
Furniture can be rearranged, but any significant changes require advance notice.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the venue.
- Decorations: Glitter or confetti decorations must be approved beforehand.
- Cooking Restrictions: Food must be catered or provided by approved vendors only.

1. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, time, and space.
2. If you cancel 60 days or more before your event, you forfeit your deposit but incur no additional fees.
3. You may reschedule once with no penalty if 30 days’ notice is provided, and your new date is available. Rescheduling within 30 days incurs a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
4. If canceled by Sage & Blush Co. due to circumstances beyond our control, we offer full refunds or rescheduling options without charges.

We uphold rigorous health and safety protocols, including comprehensive cleaning and sanitization measures throughout the venue.
